Ear Candling

Ear Candling is used primarily for cleaning the ears and to promote a healthy atmosphere in the ears, sinus cavities and throat.  There are, however, several other benefits the process can regulate pressure, assist with post nasal drip, sinusitis, catarrh, migraines, and some forms of hearing loss, restoration of equilibrium, relieving tinnitus,  and vertigo.

The treatment includes a light sinus massage on the face and contour and base of the ear.  You will then experience the ear candle positioned gently in the ear to block the entire canal in order to create a seal around the ear canal so that no air can escape.  The candle is then lit and the process of extraction and clearing begins.  You will hear the sounds of the candle burning and feel a sense of deep relaxation.

·        Benefits may be improved by putting a few drops of olive oil in your ears the night before your appointment.
