Myofascial Release (MFR)

This utilizes a gentle form of stretching of the fascia, producing a profound healing effect upon the body tissues, eliminating pain and restoring motion. In order to ensure the safety of our mothers-to-be, our Pre-natal therapist use a Body Cushion System specifically designed to support your ligaments, opening the abdominal recess and increasing the depth for the later stages of pregnancy. Our trained therapist know how to use the power of reflexology while ensuring caution with specific pressure.
