Will this be your first massage? Many wonder what will happen, how much they have to undress and what is expected of them during the massage. Your therapist will go over you health history and your goals for the treatment before the massage. Once the consultation is complete the therapist will exit the room so you may undress and get comfortable on the massage table. During the massage the therapist will adhere to National regulations to perform an ethical and professional massage. At all times your modesty is preserved and the therapist will keep you properly draped throughout the session. Once the massage begins, all you need to do is relax! No need to hold up your limbs, just let the weight fall into your therapists hands and let the stress and tension escape . . .
