Appointment Information

In order to maximize your visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you for the full length of your allotted time, schedule permitting. Otherwise, we regret your treatment will still have to end on time, so as not to delay the next guest. Appointments cut short due to late arrival are payable in full.

A Mastercard, Visa or Gift Certificate will be required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Making an appointment with one of our professionals allows us to reserve time and space for your exclusive care. For this reason, there is a 50% fee charged for same day cancellations and we reserve the right to charge your Credit Card or Gift Certificate 100% of appointment value in the event of a no show. A Mastercard, Visa or Gift Certificate is required to secure your appointment. To avoid being charged, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or make a change, we will be happy to assist you.

On Your First Visit

You will be asked to fill out a brief intake form containing general health information, allowing us to provide you with the safest, most appropriate treatments. All information you provide is completely confidential.

A detailed assessment, along with specific suggestions and recommendations for your care, may also be provided by us during your initial or subsequent visits to optimize your results and benefit of treatments.

Methods of Payment

We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Personal checks will be accepted with 2 forms of Identification.

We also accept Natural Elements, Spa Wish and Spa Finder gift certificates which have not reached their expiration date.

We do not issue refunds for remaining balances on Gift Certificates or gift checks.

Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates for all of our services and hope you will think of your friends and loved ones for this wonderful gift. Our gift certificates have a 1 year expiration date and are fully transferable within that 1 year period. They are non-refundable. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, but may be used towards services. Find them online or we will be more than happy to mail one to the recipient for an additional $3.95.

Valuables & Jewelry

Please secure your personal belongings prior to and after your treatment. Whenever possible, please leave jewelry at home. 

We cannot be responsible for personal items left behind, although we will always do our best to locate and hold your items for you.

Gratuity

Gratuities comprise an important portion of your service provider's income, and it is a nice way to say “thank you” for personalized attention. For non-medical treatments, a range of 15-20% is customary. Please note that a 15% gratuity will automatically be added to any service of $150 dollars or more.

Our services and prices are subject to change without prior notice on our website or printed materials.

 Points & Rewards Program*

Just for enjoying yourself at our spa, you could earn points that translate into dollars that can be used toward spa services.  One point equals one dollar and points can be accumulated for the whole calendar year of 2009.    Any points accumulated must, however, be used by June 31, 2010.

Earn 5 points for any of the following: 

• Booking an appointment online
• Trying any facial for the first time
• Pre-booking your next service at check-out**
• Receiving any massage 6 times in 40 weeks
• A product (retail) purchase of $100 or more
• Referring a new guest to the spa***

** Please Note: The pre-book reward points are given if you book a service of the same type on the same day as the initial service is rendered.  Also: Earn 10 points when pre-booking at the time of check-out for your first time visit to the spa.      

*** Please Note: The referral points are given when the individual you referred has come in for a service with us. The service must be checked out for the referrer to receive their rewards points.   

Series Information

Series rates are available for some of our services. Please call us at (757) 436-1141 for further information. They cannot be combined with any other discounts nor can they be shared. Series sessions cannot be used for gift certificate purchases.

All series packages have 12-month expirations from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Refund requests will be honored at a pro-rated basis, based on the full, non-packaged price of sessions already redeemed.

Service Times and Durations

All quoted service durations are approximate. Some services may vary by 15-20 min depending upon the therapist and the client, as well as the service being performed, the condition of your skin or customization of the service.

Our goal is to provide excellent service in a relaxing and healing environment. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, we encourage you to let us know. We would appreciate the opportunity to correct the situation to the best of our ability. We are dedicated to the service of our clients and we are continually seeking ways to better serve you.

Inclement Weather

Please call the spa before you leave home in order to receive information regarding late opening, closings, or travel conditions.
