Golfers Massage

Our Golfer's Massage helps you with those sore muscles that often occur after playing a round or two, or can be used before golf to focus on the problem areas that can cause a hitch in your swing.  Each massage is customized for your particular needs while also targeting the muscle imbalances common to golfers.

During your massage, flexibility and range-of-motion are stressed in the following areas:

• Neck and shoulders
• Pectoral Muscles
• Arms
• Lower Back
• Legs/Hip joints
• Feet/Ankles

We recommend trying our Pilates class in addition to this therapy and reaping the benefits of strong core muscles on the course!  ($12 per class)

Deep Tissue Massage

A deep tissue massage is customized to target specific areas of stress and tension, typically using very firm pressure in addition to other techniques. Improves mobility, circulation and disposition!
