Spa memberships will require a MasterCard or Visa to be on file for monthly billing for the length of the contract. All spa memberships will be billed monthly 30 days from the joining date of each month. (ie, Join September 29 and you'll be billed October 29 and so on) Contracts of memberships may not be canceled. (Discounts do not apply to consigned products or independent wellness practitioners providing services within Natural Elements Spa & Salon)
