appointment. If you are running late, we will do our

out a brief intake form containing general health

along with specific suggestions and recommendations for
your care, may also be provided by us during your
initial or subsequent visits to optimize your results
and benefit of treatments. |

a 50% fee charged for same day cancellations and we
reserve the right to charge your Credit Card or Gift

Our gift certificates have
a 1 year expiration date and are fully transferable
within that 1 year period. They are non-refundable. Gift
cards are not redeemable for cash, but may be used

We will be more than happy
to mail a gift card to you or the recipient for an

Gratuities |
| |

Gratuities comprise an
important portion of your service provider's income, and
it is a nice way to say “thank you” for personalized
attention. For non-medical treatments, a range of 15-20%
is customary. |

A 15% Gratuity will be added
to any service of $175 dollars or more. |

decided to reward you when you do so. When you refer a
new customer you will receive 5,000 points towards any
spa service. |

referral points are given when the individual you

The service must be checked out for the referrer to

Another form of compliment
to us occurs when you come out of a wonderful service
and decided you just must make that a part of your

service (of the same type) at checkout you

12-month expirations from the date of purchase, unless
otherwise noted. Refund requests will be honored at a
pro-rated basis, based on the full, non-packaged price
